Buddy was a infant. in an orphanage who stowed at a distance in Santa's sack and ended up at the North Pole. Later, in the same proportion that an adult human who happened to have existence raised by elves, Santa allows him to get you ~ne to New York City to light upon his birth father, Walter Hobbs.
